We have tested your computer and either you do not have QuickTime installed or it is less than version 6.5. Follow the instructions below to download and install QuickTime Player:

Installing QuickTime Player

1. Download QuickTime Player
2. If you choose the 'Save' option you will need to locate the file you downloaded and double click on it
3. Follow the on-screen installation instructions to install the QuickTime Player

We have tested your computer and you need to install the video codec:

If you have previously installed the video codec you should download and install the latest version below. The installalation will remove any previous versions of the codec as part of the install process.

Installing the video codec

1. Download the video codec
2. If you choose the 'Save' option you will need to locate the file you downloaded
3. Double click on it and follow the on-screen installation instructions to install the codec
4. Please note: You need to completely close your browser after you have installed QuickTime and/or the video codec in order for them to be available to your web browser
5. When you have successfully installed them, come back to www.wellytv.com, and click ‘Buy Ticket Now!’ and check you can view our video content before you go ahead and buy a ticket.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer our video content to Mac users at this time. We are working to rectify this and it will be available to Mac users as soon as possible. Sorry for the disappointment.
